Blü Cā brings a Reggae-Asian fusion concept to the Baltimore Peninsula waterfront, where the vibrant spirit of the Caribbean meets the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay. Blending bold flavors, coastal elegance, and the spirit of exploration, Blü Cā reimagines waterfront dining through a cruise-inspired experience. With every dish, cocktail, and carefully curated detail, guests are invited to escape the ordinary and discover a new destination without ever leaving the shore.
Reservations & Seating
We're excited to welcome you aboard Blü Cā! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience, please review a few important details before your visit.
Reservations: We are currently welcoming guests by reservation only. All dining reservations must be made online.
Dress Code: Our Smart & Polished dress code is kindly enforced to maintain the elevated Blü Cā experience. We kindly ask all guests to review our full dress code guidelines below before arriving.
Party Size: At this time, we currently welcome parties of up to 6 guests maximum, including children.
Dining Experience: Each reservation includes a 2-hour dining experience.
Availability: Reservations are available 14 days in advance. If your preferred time isn't displayed, that time is fully booked or the date is too far out to be booked.
Group Reservations: To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we are unable to accommodate larger parties through multiple reservations. Separate bookings cannot be combined, and seating near one another cannot be guaranteed. Large-party events and birthday celebrations are currently not available.
Bar Seating: Joining us for cocktails? Our bar welcomes guests 21 and older on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to our Smart & Polished dress code.

Monday – Tuesday Closed
Wednesday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday – Saturday 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We are currently open for dinner-service only. Our kitchen closes promptly 30 minutes before the restaurant's scheduled closing time.

- An automatic 20% gratuity is applied to all checks.
